Items shipped by FedEx or DHL internationally which are rejected will incur return fees which will be deducted from any refund.
** Items returned by Royal Mail for the following reasons:
- rejected delivery
- re-delivery had not been rearranged or collection occurring within the 18-day holding period, or;
- address being incorrect or incomplete
will incur return fees imposed by Royal Mail. These will be deducted from any refund in addition to any non-refundable delivery fees.
EU
As The Foot Factory ships items from Northern Ireland, customers in EU countries should not be subject to import duty or additional taxes as all items would be shipped from within the EU Single Market.
